FIRE DRILL


Our guards undergo basic fire drill but actual on site drills will be conducted with the clients' security team.

FIELD TRAINING


All our Security Guards are trained in our JV training center,
“Bir Gurkha Academy”, in Nepal

FIELD TRAINING


All our guards will attend to compulsory inhouse training where they are taught about our cultures, basic Security Guard discipline, industry specific site scenario, basic conversational English, reports writing etc.
 

GUARDS ON SITE


All our guards conform to the KDN & PPKKM rules & regulation. They undergo OJT on the clients' specific SOPs.

CLASSROOM TRAINING


All our Guards undergo a 15 days orientation whereby they will be indoctrinated with the rules & regulations of local security and Cultural sensitivities.

INTERVIEW AT NEPAL

Pre-screened candidates will be interviewed based on Clients`, requirements and workplace literacy. Only those with competency in Security and Language are selected.
