She later ventured into entrepreneurship, engaging in dental implant fabrications and manpower recruitment, overseeing the finance control and decision making of her husband’s company. With her extensive experience in foreign worker management, Mrs. Vignes’ expertise will be of great assistance to V-Global, particularly in their recruitment of Nepalese guards. Her knowledge of the intricacies involved will enable the company to develop an effective recruitment strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a strong workforce.
